1Apple large peeled and diced (honey crisp or similar)
1tspOrange zest
1/4cupHoney
2tbspOrange juice (fresh squeezed)
1Cinnamon stick or 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1cupWater

Instructions
Peel and dice apple. Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil and then reduce to medium low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes. Cranberries should be broken, and you should have a nice thick consistency. You can use a masher to break open any remaining cranberries.
Allow to cool completely and store in a glass jar. Can be refrigerated for 1 week or you can freeze and pull out the day before serving.
