1/2tspSalt3 grams- If using unsalted butter change to 1 tsp or 6 grams.
1/2cupChocolate chips (Preferably milk chocolate, but paleo chocolate chips will work too)

Instructions
Preheat and Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 7x9 or 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper.
Melt Butter and Cacao: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium low heat. Once melted, turn heat off and add in cacao powder and whisk together until well incorporated and no clumps.
Add Sugar: In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the coconut sugar and the melted chocolate-butter mixture. Using the whisk attachment, mix on medium speed until the sugar is mostly dissolved and the mixture has a coarse, crumbly texture, about 2 minutes.
Add Eggs: Add in eggs and whisk until the mixture is lighter in color and sugar is dissolved about 1 minute.
Add Oil, Espresso & Vanilla: To the batter add in oil, vanilla extract, and espresso powder. mix until incorporated.
Add Dry Ingredients: Add einkorn flour and salt. Mix until until just incorporated.
Mix ins: Fold in chocolate chips gently.
Bake: Pour batter into prepared baking pan and spread evenly. Bake for 28-33 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out with moist crumbs (not wet batter) and the edges are set.
