  • 3 cups Water or broth
  • 1/2 tsp Fine sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Einkorn Berries: Using a fine mesh strainer rinse einkorn berries to remove any residue.
  • Cook: In a medium saucepan, combine the einkorn berries with 3 cups filtered water and 1/2 tsp salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, cover with lid and cook for about 30–40 minutes, or until the grains are tender but still have a nice chew. Drain any excess water and let cool completely or serve warm as a side dish.
  • Store: To store, place in glass container and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
