  • Bowl
  • Food processor or blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Grass-fed beef gelatin
  • 1 can Full fat coconut cream
  • 3 Medium ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Using a food processor or blender, add all ingredients in and blend for 1 minute or until well combined.
  • Empty ingredients from food processor into large bowl and refrigerate for a minimum of 1 hour.
  • Pour into glass and serve with paleo graham crackers and fresh sliced bananas. The bananas in the pudding will begin to brown after 24-48 hours so it is advised if serving for a crowd to make the same day 2-3 hours in advance.
