Ingredients
  

Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Avocado oil
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Filtered water
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • Make the dressing: In a small bowl or jar, whisk together avocado oil, honey, water, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness or tang as needed.
  • Serve or Store: Serve immediately over salad or place dressing in glass storage bottle and place in fridge for 3-5 days.

Notes

This dressing typically does not solidify in the refrigerator, but it may thicken slightly as the oil chills. Simply remove it from the fridge about 30 minutes before using, give it a good shake, and it will return to its normal consistency.
