This Cilantro chimichurri sauce is not only perfect for tenderizing and seasoning your steak, but it also makes a fantastic topping to various meals for a burst of fresh flavor.

Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Cilantro about 1.5 cups tightly packed
  • 6 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice About 1 large lime
  • 1/4 cup White Onion
  • 1 tbsp Coconut aminos
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 cup Avocado oil

Instructions
 

  • Blend ingredients: To your food processor, add cilantro, onion, lime juice, garlic and seasonings. (Do not add oil yet). Pulse ingredients until combined, but do not over pulse into a paste.
  • Add oil: Transfer to a bowl and add avocado oil and give a stir.
  • Store and use: Store in airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Use to top tacos, burritos, eggs or use as a steak or chicken marinade or dipping sauce. Enjoy!
