Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/3 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein powder
  • 1 tsp Finely ground espresso Powdered consistency
  • 1 tsp Date syrup
  • 1 heaping spoonful Peanut butter (creamy) or nut butter
  • 1.5 cups Milk alternative, hemp, almond, cashew etc.

Instructions
 

  • Add everything to a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until creamy smooth. Top with peanut butter and powdered espresso or raw cacao powder. Enjoy!
