  • Grilled chicken

  • Romane lettuce

  • Primal kitchen Caesar dressing- Linked hereyou can find this at most grocery stores now. 

  • Grated parmesan cheese 

How to make Chicken Caesar Wraps

  1. Season and cook chicken.  

  2. Cut romaine lettuce and dress with desired amount of Caesar dressing.

  3. When Ready to assemble, warm tortilla up in pan over medium low heat to make them more pliable, then layer salad, chicken and parmesan cheese (optional). 

  4. Roll tortilla up, folding in the outer sides, then bring up the bottom flap and continue to tightly roll, tucking the filling in as you roll through the middle. Place wrap seam side down and cut in the middle if desired. Serve with additional Caesar dressing on the side.

  • Season chicken with garlic and herb seasoning on all sides.
  • Heat a pan with a little avocado oil and cook chicken over medium heat until browned and the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit. Once cooked and slightly rested, chop chicken into small cubes. Set aside.
  • Chop lettuce and toss with desired amount of Caesar dressing. Set aside.
  • Once ready to assemble, lightly heat tortilla in a pan over medium low heat, this will make the tortilla more pliable. Layer your lettuce, chicken and grated parmesan cheese.
  • Roll tortilla up, folding in the outer sides, then bring up the bottom flap and continue to tightly roll tucking the filling in as you roll through the middle. Place wrap seam side down and cut in the middle if desired. Serve with additional Caesar dressing on the side.
