Hemp milk is my go-to milk of choice these days. Its nutty, creamy, easily digestible, and is incredibly healthy to drink. Believe it or not Hemp milk is a rich source of calcium and potassium which makes this milk a great plant-based alternative to cow’s milk.
I pair this milk with my morning espresso. It takes about 5 minutes to make, so if you find yourself running out of coffee creamer, don’t sweat it. You can pick up a bag of these organic hempseeds from Costco which will last you 6 months if not longer in the fridge. A whole heck of a lot cheaper than purchasing a carton for about $5 from the store, and it won’t contain emulsifiers either!

16 oz Filtered water
1-2 tsp Date syrupÂ
1 tsp Vanilla extract (alcohol free)
1 tsp Maple syrup (optional)
Pinch of salt
